What's going on guys! I make health and Massage Therapy videos showing how to stop pain, for yourself or others, fix injuries and maximize your bodies overall performance. Best of all it's quick, effective and free.
I fell in love with a healthy lifestyle when I was 16 which led me to begin practicing massage at 18. I now own my own Massage practice in Spokane, WA and hope to teach soon! Massage and bodywork can solve so many common health problems that affect us. Through it I've seen a lot of positive change so i'd like to share what I know! Please comment or ask if you have any questions, I greatly appreciate all of your support :)

Hey bro, can you explain how and if you need to mitigate callus on the palms of your hands from lifting weights or w-o routines?
Callus that doesn't hurt is good callus, it's basically regrowing armor.
@@namibjDerEchte to soften callus, with daily use of hand cream (?), is to prevent it from hurting a patient?
@@hewusy I don't think a patient would be bothered by it, unless you're sort of scratching them with your palm. If you just put proper pressure they shouldn't feel a thing. Try it on your own leg! :)
@@Ybby999 I hear ya. It happened to me once: a massage from a guy with rougher hands. I wanna make sure I avoid it since I’m training more.
@@hewusy over years I did get calluses but daily use of lotion from massage my hands still stay really soft. So I guess I’d say just keep lotioning your hand
